Police1 Staff Report
(FRESNO, Calif.) -- The police department and the city honored 14 officers at the City Hall Council Chambers on Dec. 8 for valorous and meritorious service at the fourth annual Major Commendations Ceremony.
Mayor Jim Patterson and Chief Ed Winchester were on hand to present the officers medals acknowledging their outstanding performance in the line of duty. Twenty other officers will receive letters of commendation for their remarkable accomplishments on the job.
