In 1999 Ford issued a recall notice for cracked intake manifold on some 1997 and some 1998 Crown Victoria Police Interceptors. We recently replaced an intake manifold on a 1998 that was not covered by the recall. Have any other agencies had this problem? If so, we need to get together to get Ford to reimburse us for our intake manifolds that were not covered by this recall. Notify me at skniffen@sunsetvalley.org. Thanks
