PHOENIX — A second man has been arrested in the case of an anonymous tip leading armed bounty hunters to swarm Phoenix Police Chief Joe Yahner’s home.

The 11 bounty hunters mistakenly targeted Yahner’s northwest Phoenix house Aug. 4 after they were sent there by a text message to look for a suspect.

Phoenix police say 28-year-old Arron Michael Bray of Mesa allegedly was responsible for providing the information.

He was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of computer tampering.

It’s unclear if he has an attorney yet.

The owner of a bond-recovery company was arrested after the incident.

Brent Farley is facing charges of criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct.

He denies pulling a gun on Yahner and says the group wouldn’t have gone to the chief’s home if they knew it was his.
