Virginia Beach, Va. — A suspect in the murder of off duty Norfolk Police Officer Victor Decker is set to appear in court.
Kareem Turner has a preliminary hearing scheduled Thursday in Virginia Beach.
He is charged with second-degree murder in Officer Decker’s death.
Turner and another man — Raymond Perry — are accused of killing Officer Decker outside of a bar in Oceana back in 2010.
Perry will go to trial in February. He faces the death penalty.
