Dr. Larry F. Jetmore passed away on February 3, 2021. During his time as a Police1 columnist, he helped teach and motivate officers to reach their greatest potential.

Over the years, he shared his expertise he gained while researching, creating and administering every type of police examination process used to select and promote the people we entrust to protect us and enforce our laws. His articles helped officers advance their careers and gain promotion by giving them a competitive edge, preparing them for excellence, teaching them how to achieve high scores in the examination process and motivating them toward success. His goal was simple: to provide officers with the information they needed to succeed.
