Kevin R. Davis has been working full-time in security and law enforcement since 1980 with 34 years as a law enforcement officer. Currently assigned to his agency’s training bureau where he specializes in use of force, firearms and tactics instruction, past assignments include patrol, corrections, street narcotics detective and SWAT where he was a team leader and lead instructor. Kevin is an active trainer and expert witness.
By examining these incidents, we can conclude that of the 80 unarmed subjects intentionally shot in incidents, the vast majority were actively attacking officers
