Dear Police1 Member,

While COVID-19 and civil unrest dominated the news headlines this year, SWAT teams across the country continued to face challenging and deadly calls for service: This month's SWAT newsletter looks ahead to the challenges facing SWAT teams in 2021, how SWAT team leaders can address these issues head-on and training tips to help officers stay ever vigilant.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family and colleagues of Cpl. James O'Connor and to all those family members and colleagues of officers killed in the line of duty this year.

Stay safe,

The Police1 Team
