GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
Receives emergency and non-emergency calls from the public, broadcasts calls to police, fire and ambulance units and provides pre-arrival instructions to callers by performing the following duties.
First-aid/CPR certification. Must obtain CCIC, NCIC, and Emergency Medical Dispatch within six (6) months after appointment
Grand County is located in the heart of the Rocky Mountains just 90 miles west of Denver, Colorado. The county seat is Hot Sulphur Springs. Grand County is 1,850 square miles in size and has a year-round population of approximately 14,600 people. - Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Experience: Any combination of education and experience or equivalent to graduation from high school or general education degree (GED); and one year of general office experience.
