++Deputy Sheriff SIGN-ON BONUS** *++ The Spokane County Sheriff's Office is proud to offer up to a *$25,000* sign-on bonus to newly hired Deputy Sheriff-Laterals (Entry Level Hires qualify for up to $10,000 sign-on bonus). This bonus is paid out in two payments: 50% of the bonus will be paid on the first regularly scheduled payday after your first day of employment with Spokane County Sheriff's Office; the remaining 50% of the bonus will be paid after one year of service as a Spokane County Sheriff's Deputy and successful completion of probationary period. *All sign-on bonuses must be given approval by the Spokane County HR Director prior to issuance.

++*The Spokane County Sheriff's Office offers an education incentive. This incentive is paid in addition to the monthly salary. *++ AA or AAS Degree - 3.5% Bachelor's Degree - 7% Master's Degree - 9%

++Residency:++ The Spokane County Sheriff's Office has no residency requirements. Employees are not required to live within Spokane County limits.
