LONDON, Ontario — A product from Canadian company Nite Write wants to make it easier for cops to take essential duty notes in low light conditions.
The Nite Write Duty Book Cover comes with a thin light bar that illuminates during notetaking. At $44.95, the notebook cover fits most 3.5 x 5-inch notebooks and requires one AAA battery.
“Tickets, statements and note taking do not stop when the sun goes down – your notebook should make it easier to do the job right and keep you safe,” the website says.
The Nite Write Duty Book Cover is also useful when officers wish to stay concealed, according to the company.
