SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — For the second time in a month, deputies arrested a driver involved in a car pursuit.

KY3.com reported that the driver of the stolen vehicle took off when Greene County deputies tried to stop them. As a result, deputies deployed their StarChase system and terminated the pursuit. They were able to track the stolen vehicle to a farm road and arrested the driver and its two occupants.

Prior to this stolen car pursuit, Greene County deputies were led on a short pursuit after an attempted traffic stop on a vehicle with no license plates, according to KOLR10News.com. One suspect ran away and the driver took off in the vehicle.

Deputies deployed their StarChase system once again, which later led them to a golf course the driver had drove onto. They responded to the area and apprehended the driver. The suspect who fled at the beginning of the traffic stop was also found and taken into custody.
