This week’s photo comes from Lt. Gary Sheahan of the Two Rivers Police Department in Wisconsin. Pictured is the Lt.'s grandson, Logan, tying a COPS ribbon around a wreath with the help of Chief Joe Collins. The wreath is part of a ceremony during Peace Officer’s Memorial Week, to honor two fallen Two Rivers officers killed in the line of duty.
