MIAMI, Florida (CNN) -- All 19 people aboard a seaplane that crashed on takeoff from Miami for the Bahamas have been recovered, a spokesman for the mayor of Miami told reporters.
“There are no survivors at this point,” the spokesman said.
He said the manifest showed 17 passengers and two crew members, though the airline had earlier reported 20 people were aboard the plane.
