Florida: One Man Dead After Fight with Sheriff’s Deputy. Sheriff David Shoar says a naked 42-year-old Robert Hamilton attacked Alli in the house and a violent fight ensued between the two. According to Shoar, the deputy had to defend himself using his fists, his flashlight, and his Taser weapon. Shoar says this is a classic example of excited delirium. It’s a new term that means a person is delirious and then during violence gets excited with a big shot of adrenaline.
