HARRISBURG, Pa. — Hundreds of people were crowded in the streets at 5th and Maclay as we walked up.
Soon after, emergency crews put a man, who was shot multiple times, into an ambulance. It was at that time the crowd rose up and another rash of violence seemed like it was going to start.
In this exclusive video, you’ll see one man fight back against police after he became aggressive. He was pushed up against the wall, handcuffed and taken away.
Police eventually got the crowd to calm down before it got out of hand.
