BATH TOWNSHIP, Mich. — The Bath Township Police Department confiscated some interesting items during an overnight traffic stop.

According to a post on the Lansing-area department’s wildly popular Facebook page, officers found the very odd combination of illegally possessed weapons and methamphetamine during a traffic stop.

The collection of items includes drugs, syringes, a semi-automatic rifle, pistol, a large knife, a hole punch (more on that in a moment) and a peculiar sword that looks like it was swiped straight from the set of Lord of the Rings.

Bath PD, known for their comedic antics, dubbed the extravagant weapon the “Ancient Sword of the Meth King” even though there was a relatively small amount of drugs found.

Hashtags like #ObviouslyAHiPoint and #LordOfTheRingsMeetsJohnWick also accompany the Facebook post, which has been shared nearly 1,000 times and generated nearly 1,500 comments since it was posted on Wednesday morning.

As for the hole punch, it appears it was left in the photo by the officers as a joke. A quick skim of the comments will give you more information. It is not considered a deadly weapon.

Or is it?
