This week’s photo comes from Detective Mike Allen of the Gig Harbor Police Department in Washington. Pictured is Allen’s dog, Pistol, looking to go for a ride with her owner. Allen writes:
“She was a show dog (American Canadian Ch. Celticmoon’s Packin Heat For Justice HTT) and never a working dog. She was a big hit during National Night Out. Kids would love to come up to pet and hug her as she sat on the bike. This was the first year she wasn’t involved in National Night Out; she died last October.”
Rest in peace, Pistol.
