Four Car Pileup Happens After Deputy Rushed to Hospital

HOUSTON -- A Precinct 6 deputy constable was rushed to a hospital Wednesday morning after another drive slammed into her motorcycle on the Southwest Freeway.
The accident happened just before 2:30 a.m. at the intersection of the Highway 59 and the 610 West Loop.
Police told News2Houston the deputy was working traffic patrol on a motorcycle near a construction site when she was hit from behind.
After emergency crews rushed her to the hospital another accident tied up traffic in the area. Four vehicles -- an 18-wheeler, a van and two cars -- collided.
No injuries were reported in that accident.
The condition of the deputy constable is unknown.
