SHELBY TOWNSHIP, Mich. — A Shelby Township police dash cam recorded a bizarre moment during a domestic call.

A shirtless man clung to the hood of a vehicle and fell as it rammed into a police cruiser, NBC News reported.

An officer was responding to a domestic call when he saw the vehicle with the man on top. He stopped his patrol vehicle as the other driver, 20-year-old Minas Habib, rammed into the cruiser and sent his brother, 18-year-old Starvo Habib, tumbling into the street.

The officer jumped out, yelled at the men and asked them if they were okay. The driver insisted the officer ran into him.

Police discovered the pair were the subjects of the domestic call. They had gotten into a fight and Starvo was trying to stop Minas from leaving.

“When you think you’ve seen it all, you have an incident where it’s just another day,” Deputy Police Chief Mark Coil told NBC.

Starvo was charged with domestic abuse and Minas was charged with reckless driving.
