DETROIT — A dispatcher heading to work discovered the body of a teenager outside the communications center Monday.
A neighbor, surprised a murder would occur so close to a police building, told WXYZ he heard several gunshots about 2:30 a.m.
Outside the facility are several surveillance cameras, which Detroit detectives will be reviewing to try to locate the killer.
