Story behind the picture: A suspect was pulled over for running a red light in the middle of the afternoon. At the time of the stop the officer smelled marijuana. The suspect was asked to step out of the vehicle at which point he fled on foot. After he was apprehended it was determined that there was a pound of marijuana on his person and in the vehicle. There were also 3 small children under the age of 5 in the vehicle that were unsecured by safety belts. The suspect left his 3 children in the vehicle when he fled on foot. The suspect was taken into custody and was allowed to be a trustee at the jail. He later escaped from the jail and is still at large.
