In the most-watched video of April, an officer shot in the face is forced to get himself up and radio for help after several onlookers do nothing but stand and watch. Dash cam from the night a Ogden, Utah officer was killed — and five officers wounded — captures another gruesome scene, but the list ends on a lighter note with an excellent K-9 takedown.
