Lynn Strom worked for a small police department for nearly five years before leaving to obtain her Juris Doctorate degree at U.C. Davis. She then worked as a deputy district attorney for nearly 20 years, joining Lexipol in 2007. As a prosecutor, Lynn prosecuted sex offenders for “too many years,” and her death-penalty conviction of a man who fatally shot an officer was upheld by the California Supreme Court in 2016. She is currently a Lexipol Training Content Developer and also works as a hearing officer for several northern California counties.
