(PHILADELPHIA) – Investigators say a man posing as a police officer has sexually assaulted at least four women.
The latest assault occurred early this morning. The victim reported that a man wearing civilian clothes approached her, showed what appeared to be a badge and ordered her into a car. She said she was driven to another location, raped and then left there.
Three other women since January have described a rapist with the same physical appearance and the same method..
