MERSEYSIDE — Police dash cam captured suspects hurling bricks at a police officer in his vehicle in order to escape a traffic stop, the Independent reported.
The officer pulled over the vehicle when two male suspects emerged and threw bricks at the officer. It created significant damage to the cruiser and injuries to the officer hit by shattered glass.
The officer attempted to pursue the vehicle after it fled the scene. The men were eventually arrested and identified as Carl Foley, 33, and Karl Waring, 22. They plead guilty to all charges
