ORLANDO - Orlando Police Department officers brought holiday cheer to an injured officer’s family.
According to WFTV, the Kilo Alpah Midnight Squad spent their day off decorating Officer Kevin Valencia’s home. Valencia, hospitalized since June after being shot in the head during an apartment standoff, has been in a coma since the incident.
He and his wife, Meghan, have 5-year-old and 8-month-old children.
Donations are still being collected to help the Valencia family.
