While at the National CIT Conference in Memphis, Tennessee, I met Lt. Sheffield of the Memphis Police Department, who was working the night shift. Lt. Sheffield has been serving the Memphis community with honor for over 35 years. He was kind enough to show me around the city and give me a tour and perspective of the city that few get to see. He is pictured here in the Peabody Hotel the site of the famous Duck Fountain.
