GREEN BAY, Wis. — A Green Bay lawyer has posted on Facebook a video from a police car dash cam that he says shows Green Bay police “kicking one subject to the ground and then repeatedly punching another after they have him pinned to the ground.”
The police department issued this statement:
“Green Bay Police Department supervisors, who are trained and certified in Wisconsin Defense and Arrest Tactics, review all use of force cases of this nature. When officers are compelled to use force on non-compliant individuals, they notify supervisors immediately. The officers in this case properly reported the use of force, and supervisors reviewed this incident and found officers acted within department training, policy and procedure. No individuals involved with this matter have filed a complaint regarding use of force.”
