This week’s photo is from Police1 Member Ben Johnson, a Sergeant with the Grand Forks (N.D.) Police Department, who writes, “This photo was taken Christmas night of 2009. The car is a Grand Forks ND County Sheriff’s vehicle. I don’t think they are getting anywhere very quickly. The Grand Forks area received 24 inches of snow during the blizzard.”
