The audience grows larger each year. The 21st annual ceremony of the 2014 Top Cops Awards, sponsored by the National Association of Police Organizations (NAPO), was held on May 13, 2014 in Washington, D. C. and 960 were in attendance — the largest crowd ever.
During the ceremony, 53 law enforcement officers from across the country were honored.
