HUMBLE, Texas — A man from Texas, who was arrested for public intoxication outside an Irish pub, was so drunk that the police had to forcibly hold his head up so that they could take his mugshot.
35-year-old Sean Payne appeared to be propped up against a wall so his photo could be taken, the Mirror reported.
Employees at the Shamrock’s bar in Humble had called police about his alleged drunken behaviour, who later picked him up.
