Tenn. deputy dies from injuries sustained in 2012 crash

HARDEMAN COUNTY, Tenn. — The Hardeman County Sheriff’s Office is mourning Deputy Sheriff Dale Wyman, 56, who died last week from duty-related injuries. 

According to the sheriff’s office, Wyman had battled medical complications ever since a car crash in 2012 left him paralyzed from the chest down. Wyman died of those injuries on October 6. 

The sheriff’s office described him as a hero who will be greatly missed.
