Moose Rapids Technologies recently implemented its false alarm program, Winpacs, in Matteson, IL. Matteson charges annual permit fees and false alarm fines for excessive false alarms. The system directly interfaces the police department’s CAD system to retrieve new alarm activity and process it automatically.
