BOLO: Denver Police Identify Detective’s Murder Suspect

The Denver Police Department has released detailed information on the suspect wanted in the ambush of two Denver Officers and has asked Police1 to distribute this information to our members. Donald R. Young, 43, a married father of two and a decorated detective, was shot three times from behind and killed around 1 a.m. Sunday.

Suspect Information:

Name: Raul Garcia-Gomez

Birthdate: 05-27-85

Description: hispanic male, 5'6", 150 pounds, with short shaved dark brown hair, brown eyes, thin mustache, full face and tattoos on his left hand / forearm.

Other details: He may be driving a white 1995 Dodge Neon, 4 doors with a Colorado temp tag. His current wherabouts are unknown.
