Democratic Republic of Congo -- Two Central Florida men, including a former Orlando police captain who was also aide to the mayor, were being held captive in the Democratic Republic of Congo with about 30 others. They’re accused of planning a coup.
Joe Robinson and another local man, whose identity we don’t know, were recently taken into custody. They work at AQMI, a private U.S. security company.
