It’s almost inevitable: a shift change (and home sweet home) is moments away when something happens that completely screws everything up. Ptl. John Tiger of the Clinton Township (NJ) Police Department sent in this photo capturing two dozen young bulls that he said “decided to come and play in traffic 20 minutes before shift change.” Tiger and his partner walked the animals back home in the rain.
