SOUTHLAKE, Texas — A Texas DPS found a creative and sassy way to remind drivers about parking between the lines when they’re next to handicapped spaces.
According to FOX 8 Cleveland, the Southlake Department of Public Safety shared a photo of a flyer that looked like a page from a coloring book.
The flyer was placed on the windshield of a poorly parked truck with a message: “We noticed you had a little trouble staying in the lines when you parked next to a handicapped space… maybe if you practice coloring our patch and stay in the lines here it could help you avoid citations in the future.”
The photo has gone viral, with many applauding the department’s idea.
