MANCHESTER, England- Police arrested two people Tuesday under Britain’s Terrorism Act and were executing search warrants at several locations, authorities said.
Both suspects were arrested in Bolton, near Manchester, England, and were suspected of possessing information which could be useful to terrorists, police said.
Police said no armed officers participated in the arrests and searches. The suspects were not immediately identified.
