This week’s photo of the week comes from Deputy A.J. Elmer of the McPherson County Sheriff’s Department in Kansas. Deputy Elmer stopped to check on a car parked off the side of the road shortly after midnight and discovered a photographer snapping photos of a sunflower field in the middle of a lightning storm. The photographer managed to capture this incredible photo of Elmer in his patrol car just before the rain came!
