Another item you can use to rapidly decontaminate yourself from OC is Dawn dishwashing liquid. Our experience with decontaminating recruit officers exposed directly to OC has found that if they lather up their faces/ears with the blue Dawn, they recover within 10-15 minutes, without the red blotchy skin or the hours-long burning sensation.
For some reason, only the blue Dawn works, not the green!
