Jason Helfer is a graduate of the FBI National Academy and has been a law enforcement officer for over 17 years. He has served in various roles for his department, including road patrol, crime scene processing, community services and internal affairs. Jason currently works part time for Lexipol as a Professional Services Representative and recently successfully completed the Advanced Force Science Specialist class offered by the Force Science Institute.

Warren Wilson is a captain, training commander and rangemaster with an Oklahoma metropolitan police department. He is a former SWAT team leader, current firearms instructor and writer. He is certified as a De-Escalation Instructor and Force Science Analyst by the Force Science Institute. Warren has over 3,100 hours of documented training including multiple instructor certifications on firearms, active shooter and OC. He has been a full-time law enforcement officer since 1996.

Lt. Brian N. O’Donnell (Ret.) served as an infantry officer in the United States Marine Corps prior to retiring after 25 years of service with the City of Charlottesville (Virginia_ Police Department where he worked in a variety of assignments to include SWAT, narcotics and as an FBI Task Force Officer. He has extensive supervisory experience that included duty assignments in patrol, the Office of Professional Standards and the Training Bureau.

O’Donnell continues to train defensive tactics and firearms to law enforcement officers and recruits with a focus on conditioning contextually appropriate communication and improving or maintaining the tactical advantage.
