Follow these instructions to successfully lift prints from a vinyl pool cover:
- Aquire some Pentel roller glue from your local office supply.
- After the print has been developed, cut that portion from the liner and lay it flat in a secure area.
- Place a drop of the glue on the center of the print and smooth it out to about 1/8" around the print and allow to the glue to dry. Make sure the glue does not mound up as this will create a magnifying effect.
- Once dry, lift with tape and place on print card.
Even though this creates an inconvenience for the property owner, it is much cheaper and easier to handle than Mikrosil. This also works well on all slightly textured, non-porous surfaces.
