Just a friendly reminder to keep your fellow officers medical conditions in mind at all times. I recently trained a new person who said that she was highly allergic to bee stings and always had bad reactions. It made me realize what other major medical conditions my fellow shift officers had that I should be aware of while out on the streets. I suggested that she always carry an EPI pen on her vest through the Velcro straps, and to make sure everyone knew about her condition.
