Regional Chief Ray T. Stevens of the South Carolina Department of Parks Recreation and Tourism told Police1 the park is closed due to hurricane damage, but he snapped this photo when he went to check on something at the beach.
“Sometimes you have to enjoy the special moments,” Stevens said.
