CELINA, Ohio — A suspect stripped down naked after a low-speed police pursuit.

Police attempted to pull over Mitchell Dale Mullins, 41, Tuesday for his connection to a domestic violence incident earlier that day, WDTN reported.

Investigators said Mullins ran into a wall at the bar where the domestic violence incident occurred. He drove off and got into another crash at Kozy Kampground before deputies found him.

When police caught up with Mullins, his vehicle had pieces falling off and he was driving on three tires. The pursuit never exceeded 15 miles per hour. Police used stop sticks to end it.

Mullins exited the vehicle on his cell phone and proceeded to take off all his clothes, WANE reported.

Deputies detained Mullins, but he slipped out of the handcuffs. He resisted when police tried to re-cuff him and he was TASERed.

Mullins was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, domestic violence, resisting arrest and a stop sign violation.
