LINCOLN COUNTY, N.C. — Lincoln County authorities have rounded up 40 suspects in a four-month investigation targeting street level drug dealers.
The joint operation by Lincolnton Police and the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office netted 25 suspects who live in the city limits of Lincolnton and 15 who live in the county.
Charges involved the sale of illegal drugs including marijuana, cocaine, Xanax, Oxycodone and other controlled substances.
