COLUMBUS, Ohio — Recently released body cam footage shows Ohio officers coming to the aid of their colleague who was exposed to an unknown substance during a drug arrest.
The Columbus Dispatch reports that an officer was making an arrest outside a truck stop Sunday when he was exposed to an unknown substance. Video obtained by WBNS-10TV shows an officer questioning a suspect after his partner was showing symptoms of an overdose.
The suspect claimed the drug was sold to her as meth and she wasn’t sure if it was cut with fentanyl.
