Thanks to Rebecca Hayes with the Albany County (Wyoming) Sheriff’s Office for this week's photo of deputies looking at snow profiles and identifying weak layers in the snow pack in the Libby Creek area.

"One of our sergeants recently went to avalanche training and was now passing on his information to our deputies," writes Rebecca.
