    Chaplain David Gardner
    Chaplain Gardner is retired Police Chaplain of the Round Lake Park-Hainesville Police Department in Illinois. He is also the Senior Pastor of the Solid Rock Community Church in Poplar Grove Illinois.   • Chief Clark Staten is the founder and Executive Director of the Emergency Response & Research Institute (ERRI) in Chicago. He is a US Army veteran and former police officer and in 1995, after 20 years of service, he retired as an Assistant Chief Paramedic with the Chicago Fire Department. Chief Clark is a frequent lecturer on the tactics and political implications of domestic and international terrorism, officer survival, hazardous materials, chem/bio consequence management, media relations, Amanagement and motivation methods, productivity, mass casualty/disaster management, security planning and numerous other topics.

He is an internationally known firearms instructor who has been training law enforcement officers, military operators and civilians for more than 18 years. He has worked as Peace Officer in a variety of positions from municipal and county to state and federal agencies spanning 23 years.   • Chuck Joyner was employed by the CIA from 1983 to 1987, a Special Agent with the FBI from 1987 until his retirement in October 2011, and is currently a reserve police officer in Texas. During his career, Chuck worked Violent Crimes & Major Offenders Program, gang task force and training. He was a SWAT team operator, sniper and later served as the SWAT Commander. He has provided firearms, defensive tactics, chemical agent and tactical training to thousands of law enforcement officers and military personnel. Chuck has lectured internationally and throughout the U.S. on myriad law enforcement topics.

  • Chuck Soltys is a 23-year law enforcement veteran. He is currently a federal agent and Tactical Emergency Medical Technician (EMT-B). He has been assigned to specialized enforcement groups as well as serving three tours of duty on a jungle operations team in South and Central America. Chuck holds numerous instructor certifications and has instructed extensively in the United States as well as in South America, Central America, South Africa, and Europe. Chuck is a member of the Illinois Tactical Officers Association (ITOA) Board of Directors and TEMS Committee Co-Chair, International Law Enforcement Educators & Trainers Association (ILEETA), National Tactical Officers Association (NTOA), International Association of Law Enforcement Firearms Instructors (IALEFI), as well as numerous other professional organizations.
