He is an active member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police and serves on several Security Industry Association committees, including Homeland Security, Government Affairs, and Video & Vision Technology. His work supports the advancement of AI technologies in areas such as real-time crime centers, digital forensics and smart infrastructure. Wayne is a frequent speaker at industry events and a published contributor to leading public safety and technology publications. His mission is to help agencies harness AI to solve today’s challenges and prepare for tomorrow’s demands.
Chris Henningsen serves as the President of the National Real Time Crime Center Association (NRTCCA) and is one of the founding board members of this organization. NRTCCA serves members throughout the United States and is focused on providing members with the resources they need to develop and enhance their real time centers. The NRTCCA focus areas are Development, Innovation, Collaboration & Education (DICE). The NRTCCA has a certification program that is focused on educating all operators and leadership of Real Time Centers the importance of privacy, civil rights and civil liberties while identifying best practices of operating real time centers. Chris played an important role in the development of the Real Time Crime Center in Scottsdale, Arizona. Chris is a nationally and internationally recognized speaker on a variety of topics and has had the opportunity to speak at multiple conferences around the country for law enforcement and corporate organizations.
